Erik Miller has been a driving force at KYZEN for over 25 years, shaping the company through his dedication, leadership and commitment. He’s known not just for what he does, but how he does it: bringing people together, building strong teams, and creating a workplace culture built on trust, hard work, and looking out for each other.

Erik has helped drive KYZEN’s expansion through service, strategic sales initiatives, and a hands-on leadership style. He played a key role in launching and scaling the company’s Asian operations, establishing a strong foundation for regional and global success. With increased global responsibilities, Erik has cultivated international relationships and partnerships, strengthening KYZEN’s worldwide presence while remaining dedicated to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Erik got his start with a chemistry degree from Northwest Nazarene University and then worked in a lab as an associate chemist. From the beginning, he’s combined technical knowledge with a practical attitude that’s earned him respect across the precision cleaning world. He focuses on continuous improvement, pushing for better results, and ensuring his teams have what they need to succeed.
