Director of Global Sales

As Director of Global Sales, Michael McCutchen is responsible for leading KYZEN’s worldwide sales team for all product segments and brings over 25 years of global sales and management experience to this role. Throughout his career, he has excelled in numerous leadership roles including Vice President, Americas and South Asia, Managing Director, North America, Sales and Marketing Manager, and District Sales Manager.

Prior to joining KYZEN, Michael was Business Development Manager, Advanced Technologies for Plasmatreat. He was responsible for expanding growth in the semiconductor segment. Michael’s ability to lead global cross-functional teams in collaborative partnerships with Tier 1 semiconductor companies resulted in record sales growth for his company.

Michael is a servant leader who is passionately focused on inspiring, supporting and empowering his very talented team to set the standard for excellence in customer service, technical skill and collaboration to solve complex process challenges for customers.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Armstrong State University and a master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University. When Michael is not busy highlighting the accomplishments of his sales team, he enjoys hiking, water sports, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
