Rhett Emerson is the Chief Financial Officer at KYZEN, where he combines strategic financial leadership with a deep appreciation for the people and values that make KYZEN unique. Since joining the company in 2012 as the European Operations Assistant Controller, Rhett has played a key role in developing financial and information systems that support KYZEN’s global operations and simplify complex challenges.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Lipscomb University and successfully completed the CPA exam shortly after graduation. Before his time at KYZEN, Rhett spent a decade working in church ministry, where he learned the value of excellence, the importance of genuine relationships, and cultivated a belief that no role is too small when it serves a greater purpose.

Rhett thrives in KYZEN’s supportive community, where trust and integrity are more than values—they’re part of everyday life. He finds joy in collaborating with colleagues who are as gritty, persistent, and care the way he does.
