KYZEN DS3535 is a high-performance, environmentally responsible cleaning agent specifically engineered for the removal of organic acid, rosin-based, and no-clean flux residues. Formulated with a unique balance of dispersive forces, polarity, and hydrogen bonding capability, DS3535 exhibits excellent solvency for carboxylic acid structures, natural and synthetic rosins, resinous materials, and ionic contaminants.
Designed with a broad process window and extended bath life, DS3535 enables efficient and rapid removal of stubborn flux residues while maintaining compatibility with sensitive metallic substrates, including high-lead alloys and complex microelectronic components.
Application: Co-Solvent for Vapor Degreasing
Use at 100% in a separate tank from the vapor degreaser, or can be combined with KYZEN SLV803 or SLV901 in the boil sump of a vapor degreaser. Cleaning temperature can vary depending on the process.
