NASHVILLE — June 2021 — KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries announced plans to exhibit at the Precision Machining Technology Show (PMTS) and the co-located Parts Cleaning Conference taking place August 10-12, 2021 at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, OH. The KYZEN Clean Team will be highlighting METALNOX M6386 and METALNOX M6353 at Booth #7059, as well as presenting on various topics.

Three of KYZEN’s cleaning experts will be sharing their knowledge on the following topics during the Parts Cleaning Conference on Wednesday, August 11th:

  • 8:00–8:30 AM: “Advances in Automotive Remanufacturing Component Cleaning” presented by Chuck Sexton, KYZEN Global Product Line Manager – Industrial. This presentation will provide a current comprehensive look at emerging cleaning agents’ safety and performance, effective carbon removal, market trends for remanufacturing cleaning, and much more.
  • 10:00-10:30 AM: “Cleaning Parts After Thermal Deburring” presented by Ethan Mueller, KYZEN Regional Manager. This presentation will discuss two aqueous cleaning methods for thermally deburred parts.
  • 12:30-1:00 PM: “There’s a Better Way to Passivate” presented by Will Sweet, KYZEN Regional Manager. This presentation will cover best practices and basics regarding corrosion and passivation.

Additionally, KYZEN’s own Joe McChesney will be presenting at the Tech Talk Theatre on Wednesday for PMTS on the following topic:

  • 2:00–2:30 PM: “New Solvents Progress in Cleaning Medical Devices” presented by Joe McChesney, KYZEN Global Products Line Manager – Solvents. This presentation will discuss the medical device manufacturer’s need to replace existing traditional solvents that are being phased out or severely restricted by the EPA under the TSCA Act.
