KYZEN is proud to provide specially formulated cleaning chemistries like those from the KYZEN SLV line of solvents designed to clean a variety of substrates in medical applications including surgical equipment, needles, wire, test equipment, implantable devices, screws and joints.
KYZEN SLV901 is an engineered vapor degreasing solvent validated by medical device manufacturers, designed for multi-purpose applications including cleaning a variety of soils and contaminants from both metal substrates and electronic assemblies in medical applications. SLV901 is a safe and non-flammable, azeotropic mixture that serves as a drop-in replacement for HFC and HFC solvents in vapor and/or immersion phases.
KYZEN SLV803 is formulated as a PFAS-free, non-flammable fluid with ultralow NVR levels designed to be used for critical cleaning and final rinsing of medical devices. It can be used to replace HFEs, HFCs and other undesirable or discontinued products. SLV803 can also be used as a rinsing agent in co-solvent or duo-solvent processes.
