Each equipment design is different and has unique features that could help address this type of challenge differently. Bottom line as you all know any system is susceptible of improvement and having the best technical support and advisory to determine what would work best in your tailored process is key for your success.

Q: Are the eductors installed in this case as an aid for mixing in the wash tank always recommended for this type of process?

A: It depends on 2 things, the design of the equipment and the chemical you are using. Some equipment brands have better mixing capabilities on the wash tank than others. The bigger the volume capacity of the wash tank, the more difficult it is to maintain the right amount of turbulence to ensure adequate mixing. On the other hand, the type of chemical you are using is an important factor, some products tend to separate faster due to their chemical and physical properties. If you know you have a product that requires a fair amount of turbulence to properly mix, then the use of eductors would also be suggested.

Q: I have a similar issue with label compatibility, but the problem is not ink removal; labels are being detached during the process. What do you recommend in such a case?

A: The chemical you are using should be compatible with the Ribbon or Ink used to mark the labels and with the adhesive used to adhere the labels to the surface. In your particular case we would have to address the Adhesives that your labels is using. I recommend you reach out to your label supplier and request from them a label with an adhesive that can resist a Washing Process and is compatible with the chemical product you re using.
