Q: Can I integrate my own proportioning pump with the KYZEN Analyst?
A: The short answer is yes. If your pump can receive a 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signal, then it can make additions
Q: Can I use the KYZEN Analyst and or PCS with my washer in an industrial application that cleans off oils and coolants from my metal parts?
A: Again, the short answer is yes, though we must do a lot of homework by collecting samples of your oils and coolants to make sure they don’t affect the true concentration reading.
Q: Can I use the KYZEN CCS for Electronics applications where I am cleaning flux from circuit boards in an aqueous washer?
A: The main thing to remember about the CCS is conductivity: if you can successfully measure your wash bath using conductivity, then the CCS is for you. Unfortunately, the CCS doesn’t do well in electronics applications.
Q: Will the KYZEN CCS make water additions to bring my concentration down?
A: The KYZEN CCS cannot make water additions, but it does a good job at a slow, controlled approach to your setpoint value.
